Video Troubleshooting Guide
Q. I can't see the videos. What's wrong?
A. Make sure you have installed the latest version RealPlayer on your computer. Older
versions may not work. Download the player from Real Networks.

Q. I have the latest version of RealPlayer but I still can't see the videos. Why not?
A. Make sure that your RealPlayer installation
includes the Plug-in. (The Plug-in allows videos to play right on a web page - which is
how the Sacred Balance videos are displayed.)

the Real Player (not the Plug-in) click here.
Q. I've done all the above but still get a "cannot connect to server" message. What's wrong?
A. Your computer may be behind a "firewall" that blocks this kind of media or there may be some
other configuration problem. Here are two different things to
try:
